Garnet Partners Ltd, acting on behalf of the African Medicines Agency (AMA) is pleased to launch a Request for Proposal for the Digital Platform for Continental Medicines Regulation. This digital backbone will help AMA coordinate and strengthen the regulation of medicines across Africa. The programme spans five components, from eCTD submissions and data foundations to enterprise systems, integration, and a continental regulatory information portal.

We invite qualified technology firms and consortia to respond. The full pack: EOI/RFP, Submission Checklist, AMA Requirements Catalogue, and Commercial Pricing Register are enclosed in the attached zipped folder.

The Expression of Interest (EOI) is due on the 26 August 2026.
